The Otolaryngology Research Center is dedicated to basic and applied research in advanced endoscopic and minimally invasive otolaryngologic surgery. It provides the opportunity to develop and test instruments, undertake laboratory and translational research, and provides training in new techniques in both conventional and laser surgery.
Our division is currently participating in a wide variety of clinical research projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and fostering innovation within the field of pediatric otolaryngology.
Current projects include:
- Resource utilization and outcomes research in a variety of craniofacial conditions
- Outcomes research in pediatric airway surgery and pediatric facial plastic surgery
- Cost containment in pediatric airway conditions and craniofacial conditions
