John Sargent, MD, is a national leader in developing systems of care for children with significant behavioral health issues. He is Chief of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Director of the Child Psychiatry Residency Program at Tufts Medical Center. He is Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at Tufts School of Medicine. Dr. Sargent is a clinician in the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Project, and is a member of the Massachusetts Children's Behavioral Health Advisory Council. He is also past president of the American Family Therapy Academy. Dr. Sargent is board certified in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
