Dr. Andrew Sternlicht is an anesthesiologist with a strong research and drug development background. He spent ten years in drug development for various companies and helped bring two drugs to the U.S. market – Clevidipine and Kalbitor. He is currently exploring a new treatment for certain rare diseases.
Dr. Sternlicht has strong entrepreneurial tendencies and founded a successful home care nursing agency in 2000, as well as a biopharmaceutical development company in 2017. He ran research for Anesthesiology and surgical subspecialties at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, where in 1997 he founded the Multi-Disciplinary Pain Management Center.
In his free time, Dr. Sternlicht likes to windsurf, run, ski, bike and play tennis. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and playing the piano.
