Tufts Medical Center at Tufts Medical Center offers a graduate medical educational environment that is intimate and personalized, where residents and fellows are mentored to find and develop their passions in a variety of areas. This setting allows our physicians-in-training to collaborate directly with our energetic, experienced and engaged full-time faculty who truly love to teach and mentor.
Our faculty and staff welcome each resident and fellow into our Tufts Medical Center and Tufts Medical Center family. Our relationships with Tufts University, Tufts University School of Medicine, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, our clinical affiliates and our referring physician network (NEQCA) create a huge network of faculty, employees and alumni who are eager to help trainees along the way.

GME Resources
The goal of the GME team is to help residents and fellows by providing them with the resources and support that they need. All of our trainees have access to the Tufts Medical Center Employee Assistance Program, which provides private, confidential assistance to employees who are dealing with personal problems that are affecting their relationships at home or work. In addition, as hospital employees, house staff are eligible for discounts at local movie theaters, ski resorts and other venues.
