The Healing Hearts Support Group helps members understand that there can be a rich, rewarding life after a heart disease diagnosis.
Healing Hearts Support Group
- Third Wednesday of every month from 6 pm – 7 pm
- Patients with a heart disease diagnosis and their family members, caregivers and friends
- Free
Members listen, share their experience and volunteer to talk with other heart patients about what they may face including lifestyle changes, depression, recovery and treatment. The group is facilitated by Cardiology staff members. Whether you are recovering from a heart attack, had an angioplasty (stent) procedure or have an ongoing issue with heart failure, this support group can help you face these challenges.
